伸缩缝屋顶防水堵漏的施工方案

1、下层要求：用切隔机将伸缩缝两边各50cm处切开（防止打錾时损坏相邻的大理石），然后将切隔处和伸缩缝之间的大理石及砂浆层打掉，直到下层（混凝土楼板面）清理干净。

2、将伸缩缝两边10cm宽打“V”形模垂深5cm。

3、用水泥砂浆将打成的“V”形两侧找平层。

(1)下层清理。将下层外观**物等铲平，并将尘土杂物彻底清扫干净。

(4)铺设卷材。涂胶20分钟左右，基本不粘手后，用手一边压一边驱除空气，粘合后应再用压辊滚压一遍（广州礼品公司），粘结牢固不翅边，不起鼓，然后用聚氨酯密封膏封口。

7、试水24小时后，做屋顶防水保护层。

8、铺设大理石用1：2的水泥砂浆摊平约20毫米（网页设计价格），接着将大理石呈水平状盖上，要轻拿轻放，不要让利器划伤外观，并用手轻压或用橡皮锤轻轻敲击大理石（成都人事考试网首页），务必使之平整，青岛金属屋面防水，并与地面粘结坚固，不出现闲暇，否则经人踩踏容易断裂。铺设时要随时用棉丝之类的软性布将缝中挤出的浆液擦干净。铺设完后，可在板面定期找蜡，确保其晶亮的光泽。

彩钢瓦防水施工工艺：

1:满铺法:在彩钢瓦屋面全部铺贴彩钢瓦**防水卷材.应横向铺贴，好处是能对屋面达到防水和防腐效果.特别是对屋面的钉眼部位.因为钉眼部位大都在三年后才开始渗水.一次问题，再无后顾之忧。

2:只对条缝做，好做两遍，青岛屋面防水，下面一道是:33CM，上面一道为50CM宽.屋檐部位要包边为二遍。

3：防水基层作业条件：

3.1、彩钢瓦基面无尘土、无松动。松动部分处理后才能施工。

3.2、基面不得有积水现象，如有必须进行加固处理，合格后方可进行防水层施工。

3.3、彩钢瓦缝隙**过03MM时要进行加固处理，处理后方可进行施工。

3.4、阴阳角、桩立面与平面阴角、立面内角和外角必须做附加层。

3.5、早上施工，彩钢瓦面有露水时，要停止施工。

3.6、严冬施工彩钢瓦上要刷基层处理剂。
